Nutrient-dense foods are more filling so weight-gain is reduced!
Foods full of calories that lack a lot of nutrients cause weight gain because more is eaten.
Now... tell this to Nimble Doggie! I can't believe how much nutrient-dense food that little squirt eats!!!!
But... we work out hard and fast regularly :-)
