My dogs and I will include little mentions, here and there, reminding you that...

After 20+ years of feeding my furry companions as close to a wild dog diet as possible (I know... coyotes and wolves don't eat treats)...

You're not going to hear the same old “About me” you might expect to hear!   I guess I'm different than most but that's just me (my poor dogs put up with this 24/7... arf!).

I'm not going to try to be somebody I'm not.  I won't tell you about all the degrees I have because I don't have any!  My degrees are actual life experiences...

It's been really rough but I've got to move on.

I'm not going to change any of our All Natural Dog Food content... she's still around as far as I'm concerned.  So is Gidget Doggie... my little girl companion before Nimble.  We're going to go right on sharing our experiences and...

...those of others we trust in.

Please welcome Biscuit Doggie... my 8 year old, 14 lb Poodle Mix.  When I rescued my little girl, nobody else wanted her...

A Little Life History

Most of my life I've been involved with living healthy and the outdoors...  

...including fishing.

I was born and raised in Chicago until I was thirteen.  Our family picked up and left the city life.  We headed for the North Oregon Coast in 1967 (boy, I sound old!).  Actually, we lived inland about an hour.

I had my own construction and real estate businesses for many years.   During this time there was not an overabundance of sleep!  Gidget Doggie was my little girl during this time.

Then... I retired from this and moved about 50 miles west to the Oregon Coast...

...to take care of my mother and father during their golden years and adopted Nimble Doggie after Gidget left for Rainbow Bridge.

After my parents passed away... I decided to build this Website with the incredible help of Site Build It, my Host.  That was many years ago.  Here I am, living with my third little doggie bone muncher... Biscuit!

I'll Never Forget This Day...

What seems like a long time ago, I brought home my first little Toy Poodle named Gidget.  I talk about her on my home page.  She was a “doomed” dog diagnosed with “incurable” kidney disease, a heart murmur and you name it.  I began feeding her all natural dog food.

Exercise, pure water and sunshine were also slowly added...

Including healthy, homemade treats like these yummy sweet potatoes...

A year later I took my pooch for another physical (different Veterinarian this time).  All those symptoms “vanished.”  I was not surprised.  Hmmm...

She lived until the age of sixteen.  What a workout partner!  I was awfully lonely when she died.  I had never experienced such a big, empty space.

Ok, I'll Just Go and “Look” at Some Dogs...

I was not ready for another tail wagger (I thought).  After three years I made a trip to the Humane Society.  I just wanted to “look.”

Yep... you can figure out what happened next... another great workout partner and loyal companion named Nimble Doggie.

Nimble left for Doggie Heaven September of '25.  3 days later... I adopted Biscuit from the Dog Rescue.  I learned from the past that waiting 3 years... well... nope! 

She's helping me fill a BIG, LONELY, EMPTY SPACE while we're enjoying each other's company  :-)

Talk About Great Munchies!

I feel my dogs would grin and say “I've got it made!”  Nothing but raw meat, bones and organ meat including whole fish.  Also, a little nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruit and a splash of my own whole food “supplements” are included.

Things like honey, bee pollen, teas, etc?  Sure!  A little bit goes a long way!

“Look at me... I'm a picture of health!”... they would say.

Nimble, Biscuit and Gidget will speak up once in awhile if you don't mind.  Gidget and Nimble are in Doggie Heaven but they still check in occasionally...

I Could Keep Going On and On...

But I can't right now.  I won't quit blabbing.  I'll save it for my information pages.  And so many life experiences to talk about!  I can't wait!

Many have asked me about all natural dog food.  When they ask for help I feel honored.  I feel good when they tell me how great their dog is doing!

I'm anxious to share what I've learned over the years with you!   I'm sure you can teach me a few things!  Hopefully you will stay in touch.  We'd  love it if you'd shoot us a call once in awhile!
